2. Programme Enrolment and Participation
Our learning programmes are designed to support your personal development journey. Here's what you need to know about taking part:
Eligibility Requirements
Participants must be at least 18 years old. Some programmes may have additional prerequisites, which we'll make clear during the enrolment process. You're responsible for making sure you meet all requirements before signing up.
Enrolment Process

- Complete the registration form with current contact information
- Meet any specified programme prerequisites
- Accept our policies regarding attendance and participation
- Provide payment through our approved methods
3. User Responsibilities and Conduct
We've built Krembex around mutual respect and genuine learning. That means certain behaviours won't be tolerated:
- Treat other participants, instructors, and staff with respect
- Don't share course materials or recordings without permission
- Participate honestly and don't misrepresent yourself
- Keep login credentials confidential and don't share accounts
- Respect intellectual property rights of all content
- Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behaviour during sessions
We take plagiarism and unauthorized content sharing seriously. If you're found violating these standards, we may suspend or terminate your access immediately.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided through Krembex – including but not limited to course materials, videos, worksheets, assessments, and written content – remains our property or that of our content creators.
What You Can Do
You're allowed to access and use materials for your personal learning during your programme enrolment. You can take notes and create personal reference materials based on what you learn.
What You Cannot Do
- Reproduce or distribute course materials
- Record sessions without explicit permission
- Use our content for commercial purposes

- Remove copyright notices or attributions
5. Payment Terms and Conditions
Programme fees are clearly stated during the enrolment process. All prices are in British Pounds unless otherwise specified.
Payment Processing
We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout. Full payment is typically required before programme access is granted, unless you've arranged an instalment plan with us directly.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to withdraw from a programme, contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on when you notify us:
- More than 14 days before programme start: Full refund minus administrative fee
- 7-14 days before start: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before start or after commencement: No refund available
We reserve the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another programme.
6. Programme Delivery and Changes
We work hard to deliver programmes as described, but sometimes adjustments are necessary. We might need to change instructors, adjust schedules, or modify content to better serve participants.
If significant changes occur, we'll notify you promptly. You'll have the option to continue with the modified programme or withdraw with a pro-rata refund where applicable.
Technical Requirements
For online components, you're responsible for having adequate internet connectivity and compatible devices. We'll specify minimum technical requirements, but we can't guarantee perfect performance across all systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our programmes are educational in nature. While we believe strongly in the value of building resilience, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Personal development varies significantly between individuals.
We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programmes. This includes but isn't limited to lost opportunities, emotional distress, or business impacts.
Our total liability to you for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you've paid us for the specific programme in question.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal information in accordance with UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. This includes contact details, payment information, and learning progress data.
Your data helps us deliver better programmes and communicate with you effectively. We don't sell your information to third parties. For complete details about how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you:
- Violate these Terms of Use
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Disrupt the learning environment for others

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
